RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of your item(s), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging whenever possible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer if it was shipped directly from their services.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected, along with the reason in case of rejection.

Return shipping reimbursement (if applicable)
The shipping costs for returning your item are at your expense, except in cases of product defects, where return shipping costs up to 5 euros will be refunded.
If the return is our responsibility, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange delays
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To facilitate return tracking, please provide us with proof of shipment, including the package’s tracking number.
It is essential to include your order number with your package; otherwise, no refund will be processed.
