GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all product sales ("Products") made on the website www.lif-paris.com, owned and operated by RVLL, SAS with a capital of 1000 euros, registered in Marseille, France.
They define the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and the handling of returns and refunds for any customer ("Customer").
The GTC apply to the exclusion of any other terms, including those applicable through other sales or distribution channels. These terms are available at any time on the website and shall prevail over any other contradictory version or document.
By creating an account and placing an order, the Customer declares having read and accepted these GTC, as well as all required information listed under Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 1 – Products
The Products offered for sale are those listed on the site at the time of consultation. Each product has a detailed product page, including price, available variants, composition, and key characteristics. Minor differences may exist between a product and its photo due to screen settings.
All products comply with applicable European safety and health standards, especially regarding regulated chemical substances.
Product offers are valid while stock lasts and are subject to change without notice.
Pre-orders and Custom Products
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items before their official release. Customized products refer to made-to-measure or modified items. The availability date for such items will be specified. If this date changes, the Customer will be informed via email or through their account.
In case of stock error or product unavailability after an order is confirmed, the Customer will be notified and offered a replacement or a full refund. RVLL cannot be held responsible for stock shortages.
RVLL may limit the quantity of Products purchased by a Customer to ensure fairness and availability.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of taxes (TTC). The applicable price is the one shown at the time of order confirmation. Shipping fees are not included and are displayed before finalizing the order.
For customized or special orders, a separate quote may be provided. Risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 3 – Ordering and Payment
1. Order Process
The Customer places an order via five steps:

Add item(s) to the cart

Review the cart and modify if needed

Proceed to checkout and apply any discount codes

Provide delivery and billing information (account is created)

Enter payment information and confirm the order
If payment fails, the Customer has three attempts before being redirected and invited to contact support.
2. Order Confirmation
Once payment is accepted, an email confirmation is sent. RVLL reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Abusive claims
-
Abnormal quantity
-
Repeated returns or disputes

Stock discrepancies
3. Payment
Orders are paid in full online by credit card or PayPal. Payment is encrypted using SSL and never passes through RVLL servers. We do not store card information.
4. Order Archiving
Order data is securely stored and constitutes proof of contract between the Parties.
Article 4 – Delivery
Orders are shipped within 7 to 15 working days for mainland France, and 8 to 20 working days for the rest of Europe.
During busy periods (e.g. sales), delays may occur.
Orders placed:

Before 2pm (Mon–Fri): shipped same day

After 2pm (Mon–Thu): shipped next day

Friday after 2pm or weekends: shipped next business day
If delivery exceeds 30 days beyond the original estimate (excluding force majeure), the Customer may cancel the sale and be refunded within 20 days.
Article 5 – Receipt, Claims, and Returns
1. Order Verification
Customers must check their package upon receipt and report any issues such as:

Broken or defective items

2. Legal Guarantees
All products are covered by:

The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14)

The guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641+ of the Civil Code)
Customers may request repair or replacement, or invoke refund rights as per legal limits.
3. Returning Non-Conforming Products
Returns must include the order number and original packaging when possible.
Return shipping is paid by the Customer, but in the case of defects, up to €5 will be refunded with the product price.
Confirmed defective returns will be refunded within 14 days. RVLL may refuse abusive return behavior.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
1. Right and Period
Customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise the legal right of withdrawal, without providing justification.
2. How to Withdraw
To withdraw, the Customer must notify RVLL customer service by email or submit the withdrawal form provided in the appendix.
3. Exceptions
No withdrawal is accepted for customized or made-to-measure products, unless defective (Article L.221-28 3°).
Article 7 – Customer Service
For assistance with repairs, exchanges, or legal warranty claims, Customers may contact [your contact email] and include photos and proof of purchase.
Article 8 – Personal Data
RVLL collects the data necessary to process orders and may use it for commercial communications if consent is given.
Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, visuals, logos, etc.) remains the intellectual property of RVLL.
Reproduction without express consent is prohibited.
Article 11 – Limitation of Liability
RVLL shall not be held liable for non-performance resulting from Customer fault, unforeseeable circumstances, or force majeure.
Article 12 – Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, RVLL may cancel the order and will refund the Customer within 30 days.
Article 13 – Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the Customer shall first seek an amicable resolution with RVLL.
